Julia Lynn Productions (JLP), in partnership with Soulful Synergy, proudly offers an innovative 8-Week EV & Green Engineering Workforce Skills Program designed to introduce youth and emerging professionals to careers in the growing clean energy and sustainability industries.
This hybrid workforce development program combines technical instruction, sustainability education, media storytelling, and professional skill-building to create a hands-on learning experience that prepares participants for today’s evolving workforce.  Technical Workforce Skills // HVAC / Green Engineering Training 60% Remove 40% Capstone Projects - leads to work.  In partnership with Homepage - Soulful Synergy.

Program Structure
Participants engage in a balanced learning model that includes:
60% Technical & Workforce Training | Students receive foundational instruction in:

• Electric Vehicle (EV) systems and technology

• EV charging infrastructure

• Energy efficiency fundamentals

• Green engineering awareness

• Workplace safety practices

• Sustainable transportation technologies

• Smart infrastructure concepts

• Professional workforce readiness skills
